I will ask you to read my case as studiously as posible you can. case: For some 2,5 years ago, I bought this device in the U.S: Microsoft zune 30 especialy to listen my books for visually impaired from a special library here in the Netherlands. It always worked very well with the old Zune software. (I think it was 2.0 but I’m not sure) After a reset of my computer I was forced to download the new software. The old isn’t available anymore. As I think I’ve found, it automatically adjusted to a new version. (it’s because of the phone with zune)These are a few problems for me:Syncing in order of filepath isn’t posible anymore. Some tracks are not pick up by “my collection” (other same kind of files are so I don’t understand) It’s not possible anymore to put films on my device (but that’s not mainly why I complain to you.)It’s not possible anymore to rename all the numbers together in one klick. Sometimes it helps to put the things in the right order when filepath is not avalaible because every track than starts withe the same letters. (a sign/reason for the system to put it in the right order) The other Microsoft music system, Windows Media Player, has the filepath choise but for any reason I cant sync my Microsoft Zune Player. When that was possible my problems where dissolved.. I cant puzzle what kind of device (with at least 30MB of space) I can buy in Holland for syncing with WMP. I contact in Holland to Tony Krijnen a year ago but I didn’t hear from him so I sepose he can’t hep me any furtherdo you know which oter divices sync with Windows Media Player?
