Microsoft Security Essentials – The Looks

image

Today Microsoft released their new security product (for the consumer market) : Microsoft Security Essentials. As I blogged earlier today it the beta is available in three versions. The installation (of the 64-bit version) is a very easy next-next-finish setup!

When the installation is finished you start the application you’ll see that the interface is simple and functional! In the screenshots below you can see the four different available tabs. At the moment I have no idea how MSE will react on a virus and if it’s as good as the well known other (free) anti virus products available today.
